We seek a curious, communicative intern eager to learn hands-on what Requirements Analysis entails in real-world projects. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Support requirement elicitation with stakeholders through guided meetings and interviews * Assist in identifying and documenting business needs and functional rules * Collaborate in developing specifications, workflows, and use cases under team guidance * Contribute to product documentation creation and maintenance * Support definition of acceptance criteria and validation stages * Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and learn team dynamics in practice **Job Requirements** * We seek a person who is curious, communicates well, and is eager to learn. * Basic knowledge of programming logic or languages such as Java * Interest in web systems and business rules * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) **Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in:** * Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields * From the 2nd semester onward (preferred) **Desirable Knowledge** Not mandatory, but certainly advantageous: * Analysis and Documentation * Basic understanding of requirement elicitation and documentation * Familiarity with process modeling or flowcharts * Basic UML knowledge (use cases, activity diagrams) Tools * Basic Figma usage for screen prototyping * Familiarity with management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar) * Proficiency with Office Suite / Google Workspace for documentation Differentiators (You’ll stand out if you have) * Experience with Figma prototyping (wireframes, screen flows) * Deeper UML knowledge (class, sequence, activity diagrams) * Experience with software acceptance or validation testing * Basic understanding of software metrics such as Function Points (APUC) * Interest in or knowledge of the sanitation or public services sector * Participation in academic projects, scientific initiation, or university extension programs Expected Behavior * Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture * Genuine curiosity and commitment to continuous learning * Clear, concise, and transparent communication * Ability to listen, ask questions, and organize information * Responsibility toward deadlines and commitments * Respect, empathy, and positive teamwork About RAS?
