We are seeking a pre-sales intern to support the commercial team in identifying, qualifying, and advancing new business opportunities. If you are communicative, curious, and enjoy interacting with people, this position is for you! **Your responsibilities:** - Assist in proactive prospecting of potential clients. - Conduct initial research and diagnostics to understand lead needs and profile. - Make first contact via email, WhatsApp, and/or phone. - Qualify leads according to criteria defined by the sales team. - Schedule meetings for the sales team. - Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information. - Support growth and commercial intelligence strategies. - Contribute ideas to improve pre-sales scripts, outreach approaches, and workflows. **What we’re looking for:** - Currently enrolled in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Commercial Management, or related fields. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Curious, proactive profile with a strong desire to learn. - Ability to interact effectively with people and understand their needs. - Organized and detail-oriented. - Preferred (but not required): experience in customer service, sales, CRM, or prospecting. **What we offer:** - Internship stipend aligned with market standards. - Transportation allowance (if applicable). - Training in sales, CRM, and pre-sales techniques. - Opportunities for growth and permanent employment. - An environment that encourages learning and professional development. **Working hours:** - 6 hours per day - 100% in-person Job type: Internship Compensation: R$1,200.00 – R$1,700.00 per month
