We count on everyone’s commitment and awareness for the success of this initiative! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Invoice entry into the Comprovei system; * Fleet monitoring; * Route planning in Recife and Greater Recife; * Communication with Commercial, Operations, and Transportation departments; * Proactive involvement in resolving operational issues; * Support to the Transportation Leader in dispatch routines; * Collection and delivery control with customers; * Delivery tracking and incident logging; * Communication with drivers and transport companies; * Cargo organization and dispatch; * Handling incidents from the Control Tower; * File organization and administrative support. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Preferred: Technical or undergraduate studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields (in progress); * Experience in transportation or logistics administrative routines; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Advantageous: * Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP Protheus, Comprovei, or similar systems; and/or Risk Management Systems for monitoring signal generation; * Experience in route creation. **Additional Information** * Work location: Initially Cabo de Santo Agostinho/PE (Santo Estevão Industrial District), with planned relocation to: Rod. Empresário João Santos Filho, 2425 \- Muribeca; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; * 100% on-site work.
