




Responsible for supervising and managing the stages of the engineering professionals’ allocation contract, from execution to closure. Lead the team, define strategies, and act as the liaison between the team and the client. * Monitor and evaluate team performance; * Follow-up: monitor scope, deadlines, and working conditions; * Ensure customer satisfaction; * Work with feedback: client ↔ team; * Define strategies for contract continuation; * Define strategies for new opportunities; * Motivate and engage the team; * Constant and efficient communication with client, team, and stakeholders; * Contractual risk management; * Team management, providing support and guidance for daily questions, and contributing to the professional development of each allocated resource; * Perform administrative tasks for controlling documentation of allocated resources; * Schedule vacations, trade fairs/events attendance, visits to other contracts, among others; * Manage electronic time clock and timesheet spreadsheets; * Conduct onboarding for new employees or service providers; * Manage purchase requisitions; * Deliver training. **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Project Management, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Leadership, or People Management (preferred). **Experience** Previous experience as coordinator, project leader, or team supervisor. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Experience in engineering, industrial, technology, or service environments (tailored to your sector). Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
