We provide customized solutions to optimize business performance across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Make active and receptive calls to sell products such as packaging, disposables, cleaning supplies, and others. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Record contacts and opportunities in the system/CRM. Negotiate commercial terms within company policy. Maintain relationships with the customer base. Contribute ideas to improve sales scripts and approaches. Perform tasks related to telesales routines. Position located in Recife / PE. Previous experience as a Telesales Representative, Telephone Sales Consultant, Telesales Representative, or Telesales Agent may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. High school diploma required.
