Focus on customer service and sales conversion We are looking for a **Reservation Agent** to join our hotel team. We seek an organized, communicative individual with strong customer service orientation who enjoys working with targets and relationship building. **Main Responsibilities** * Handle reservation requests via phone, e-mail, WhatsApp, and online systems * Enter, verify, and update reservations in the system * Provide information on rates, room categories, hotel policies, and packages * Support the front desk and commercial department as needed * Monitor availability, overbooking, and cancellations **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in hotel reservations or front desk operations * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Basic computer literacy * Preferred: Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) **Desired Competencies** * Friendliness and courtesy in customer interactions * Agility and sense of priority * Commercial mindset and focus on sales conversion **Work Schedule and Hours** * **Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off * **Hours:** 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Meal Allowance (VR) * TotalPass * Commission Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance
