Together, let’s build the world’s best health community! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Reception and Patient Service** * Greet patients and visitors, providing information about dialysis procedures and service hours. * Issue temporary visitor badges for visitors and companions, as needed. * Schedule and reschedule dialysis and multidisciplinary team appointments in the Tasy system, according to clinic demand and capacity. * Register patient attendance and absences monthly in the Central Regulation and Health Service Provision (CROSS). **Authorization and Billing Management** * Request Outpatient High-Complexity Procedure Authorizations (APAC) for medications, completing required forms. * Prepare schedules and execute billing for the Outpatient Production Bulletin (BPA) of SUS patients in the municipal system. * Request hemodialysis password releases from health plans and register guides in Tasy. **Data Updates and Recordkeeping** * Collect and maintain up-to-date patient information records, such as contact details and health insurance plans. * Record patient weights at the beginning and end of dialysis in the system. **Payment and Billing Management** * Receive payments for services rendered and manage payment records, issuing receipts and invoices when necessary. * Verify and confirm patient insurance information for billing purposes. * Send data entered into Tasy for billing via the health plan portal. * Receive and forward authorized documents for billing after patient service. **Unit Operations** * Ensure unit opening and closing, controlling access. * Send laboratory test requests to the lab. * Monitor patient entry and exit times and notify the transportation team. * Establish contact with hospitals, SAMU, and ambulance services. * Answer calls, take messages, receive visitors, and route correspondence to the responsible department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education; * Experience in related activities. **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** * Health Insurance: To care for your well-being and your family’s.
