Responsibilities and Duties: About the Position: * Receive patients and visitors at our units; * Open registration forms, verifying health insurance and insurer authorizations, required preparations, medications used, and result delivery methods; * Support and trigger triage procedures to direct patients; * Schedule specific exams at the unit; Requirements and Qualifications: * If delighting customers and delivering exceptional service resonates with you, Dasa’s customer service area is where you belong. To transform healthcare, you must: * Have completed high school; * Possess basic computer skills; * Prior experience in customer service within the healthcare sector is desirable.
