**Responsibilities and Duties**
Ensure pharmaceutical processes—including receipt, storage, distribution, dispensing, and inventory control—comply with departmental requirements (Surgical Center, Central Warehouse, Satellite Pharmacies, and Central Pharmacy);
Guide the team and assess needs and available resources;
Perform people management, deliver feedback, and support team members’ needs;
Monitor and count medications governed by Ordinance No. 344/98, and notify the pharmacist for support if necessary;
Review staff schedules, entry times, uniforms, and task completion;
Supervise team members, provide guidance, and conduct continuous education.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Technical degree in Pharmacy or Logistics;
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Hospital Management (completed or in progress) is desirable;
Knowledge of medical supplies and medications, experience with computerized inventory management systems, and familiarity with hospital pharmacy technologies and equipment;
Experience in Hospital Pharmacy;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
