**Position:** Senior Advisor working in the field of Engineering and Maintenance **Gross Salary:** R$ 3\.943,47 \- Third-party company **Meal Allowance:** R$15.00 (per working day) **Weekly Working Hours:** 40h **Prerequisites and Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning. **Experience and Knowledge:** * Experience in construction projects, building maintenance, or supervision of engineering services; * Knowledge of preparing technical, descriptive, and photographic reports; * Knowledge of material takeoff and technical specifications; * Experience in construction budgeting and use of reference price tables, such as SINAPI; * Knowledge of AUTOCAD (preparation of layouts and basic designs); * Knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word; * Strong written communication skills and ability to draft official memos, reports, and technical documents. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Assertive Communication; * Organization and Planning; * Teamwork Ability; * Proactivity and Sense of Responsibility; * Strong Interpersonal Skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate building maintenance activities; * Research Price Registration Minutes; * Prepare construction budgets and specify required materials; * Prepare descriptive and photographic reports of construction projects; * Analyze various contract reports and monitor payment flows; * Prepare Basic Designs in AutoCAD.
