**Emplavi**, a benchmark in Brasília’s high-end real estate market, is seeking a high-performance Marketing Head to lead a multidisciplinary team within a dynamic, strategic, and highly competitive environment. This role is pivotal for strengthening the brand, generating qualified demand, and accelerating commercial results amid complex sales processes and a demanding clientele. **KEY CHALLENGES OF THE ROLE** * Develop and lead a full-funnel marketing strategy focused on generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and driving conversion; * Collaborate closely with the Sales team, monitoring KPIs and campaign performance; * Optimize the channel mix (online and offline) to ensure brand presence aligned with target audience profiles; * Manage and coordinate complex, high-impact real estate launches; * Lead internal teams and external partners (agencies, suppliers, media); * Continuously evaluate and propose initiatives to improve commercial outcomes. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Strategic annual, quarterly, and campaign-specific marketing planning; * Optimized budget management; * Definition and tracking of marketing KPIs (CAC, ROI, ROAS, etc.); * Ongoing maintenance of Emplavi’s brand positioning and perception; * Close collaboration with internal department heads to meet cross-departmental needs; * Leadership across inbound marketing, paid media, events, and offline/online media. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** * Solid marketing experience (minimum 8 years), including at least 3 years in leadership roles; * Proven experience in mid-to-high-end real estate; * Track record in complex sales and long buyer-journey environments; * Strong analytical profile, with expertise in marketing metrics and performance marketing; * Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with leading construction or real estate development firms; * Familiarity with socioeconomic classes A and AA; * Demonstrated success in real estate launch campaigns; * Experience with agile methodologies. **ESSENTIAL SOFT SKILLS** * Inspirational leadership and ability to engage teams; * Clear and persuasive communication; * Strategic thinking paired with excellent execution; * Proactivity, ownership, and resilience. **COMPENSATION** * R$25,000/month; * PJ (individual contractor agreement) **WORK MODALITY** * 100% in-person — Brasília/DF **How to apply?
