#### **About the position:** * Responsible for managing the collections team, acting in the planning, organization and control of operational performance indicators for the customer portfolio under their responsibility, aiming to achieve desired results #### **Main responsibilities:** * Manage the collections team, ensuring compliance with established goals and deadlines. * Develop strategies for credit recovery, participating in the creation of action plans to achieve set targets. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and enabling quick intervention to control daily goals. * Conduct negotiations, communications and innovations regarding the different services provided to customers within their portfolio. * Participate in management meetings to report results and propose improvements in the collections process. * Manage goals and performance tracking, ensuring proper handling, interpretation, analysis and achievement of results. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Experience in a leadership role managing a collections team. * Knowledge of negotiation and credit recovery techniques. * Ability to handle conflict situations and pressure. * Capacity for data analysis and preparation of management reports. * Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills. * Availability to reside in Recife/PE #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Experience in vehicle and massified collections segment will be a competitive advantage. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Pluxee (Food or Meal) R$20.00/day * Health insurance * Dental insurance \- 100% paid * Welhub (Gym partnerships, formerly Gympass) * Pluxee Cuida e Bem Estar \- psychological, nutritional and other counseling services * Partnerships with: Sesc, Educational Institutions and leisure parks #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Mondays to Fridays from 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- 44 hours per week.
