Logistical support for installation and event teams **Job Description** The **LED ABC** is seeking an **Inventory Leader** to assume operational and technical management of the inventory of LED equipment and panel components, ensuring organization, accuracy, logistical efficiency, and direct support to installation, maintenance, and event teams. This professional will be the **owner of daily inventory operations**, acting as a bridge between the operational team and management, ensuring all materials are available, correct, and delivered on time for project execution. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead receipt, inspection, storage, and release of LED equipment and panel components. * Ensure accurate recording of incoming and outgoing items in the control/ERP system. * Maintain organized inventory by categories, criticality, turnover rate, and technical standards. * Coordinate rotating and periodic inventories, ensuring high accuracy. **Leadership and Process** * Assign tasks and guide the inventory operational team. * Train new employees on internal standards and processes. * Identify operational inefficiencies and propose continuous improvements. **Technical and Logistical Support** * Prepare and pick materials for installation, maintenance, and event teams according to work orders. * Monitor minimum stock levels of critical items (LED modules, power supplies, PCBs, cables, structures, controllers, etc.). * Request replenishments and support the procurement department with consumption and turnover data. **Indicators and Management** * Track KPIs such as accuracy, picking time, losses, damages, and stockouts. * Report status, risks, and improvement opportunities to coordination/management. **Requirements** * Completed High School education (a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is a plus). * Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics—preferably within technology, audiovisual, events, or technical equipment companies. * Operational leadership profile and process organization skills. * Proficiency in computer applications and inventory/ERP systems. * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Availability for operational tasks and material handling. **Job Type** CLT — Full-time Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.300,00 — R$2.800,00 per month
