Feel free to register for all positions that interest you; however, we recommend completing one application process before starting another. **Responsibilities and Duties** **JOB MISSION:** Provide support to professionals and students in academic activities related to subjects and projects associated with taught courses or the development of new courses or methodologies—in both in-person and/or distance learning modalities—as well as provide support and perform academic/pedagogical activities at institutions, centers, hubs, etc., attend to students and the general public by providing appropriate guidance and referrals, identify potential deviations, generate technical and administrative studies and analyses, evaluate alternative options, and make medium-complexity recommendations and/or solution proposals. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** Monitor course development to ensure proper implementation of the pedagogical project. Align each course’s general and specific objectives with official norms, legislation, and regulations, proposing pedagogical program guidelines for approval by the Institution’s Superior Council. Support and execute logistics for faculty and course coordinators’ travel—including booking air tickets and accommodations. Support multimedia activities, configuring equipment such as projectors, computers, and audio devices in multimedia classrooms, regular classrooms, amphitheaters, etc. Work in the academic area, supporting all inherent activities to meet pedagogical needs, operating under occasional supervision. Perform academic secretarial duties—from student service to support for faculty, coordinators, and managers. Assist in monitoring and supervising scheduled activities and faculty attendance, safeguarding teaching and learning quality. Support coordinators in preparing, planning, and structuring undergraduate and graduate programs, monitor their execution, and propose measures aimed at enhancing program performance. Contribute to monitoring and adherence to class schedules, subject syllabi, and activities carried out by faculty and students, as well as propose norms and procedures regulating course operations—which must be approved by the Superior Council. Control the entry and exit of audiovisual materials and equipment, recording fulfilled requests and observed incidents upon return in appropriate forms; also retrieve equipment after classes or events. Prepare various reports as requested by coordinators. Organize the school environment and request building maintenance when necessary; prepare auditoriums and multimedia classrooms for events—verifying proper equipment functionality, infrastructure conditions for equipment access and installation, classroom allocation, and all infrastructure required for class delivery. Guide students on rules and procedures, institutional bylaws, schedule compliance, listen to complaints, analyze facts, take necessary actions, and supervise and guide students during unstructured activities. Provide general assistance to students, parents, and the general public—advising them on academic or social assistance activities. Contribute to analyses and improvement projects across the department’s full range of activities, seeking ways to rationalize time, optimize efficiency, and improve quality. Comply with internal regulations, health, hygiene, and occupational safety procedures pertinent to the department, as well as observe compliance requirements and applicable corporate regulations.
