Job Summary: We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate agile processes, support development teams, and ensure high-quality value delivery by leading the adoption of agile practices. We are looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate agile processes, support development teams, and ensure high-quality value delivery. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Minimum of 4 (four) years of experience working with agile methodologies; * Experience facilitating software development teams; * Experience identifying and removing impediments; * Knowledge of and ability to apply agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban, and the Agile Manifesto); * Experience analyzing functional and non-functional requirements; * Knowledge of design patterns, microservices, enterprise integration patterns, and relational data modeling; * Experience with UX and usability practices. **Main Responsibilities:** * Act as a facilitator of the agile process with teams; * Plan, manage, and support project resource allocation; * Adjust priorities and promote alignment among stakeholders; * Serve as the focal point between the client and the agile cell; * Lead the team in adopting and evolving agile practices; * Ensure team engagement and focus on results; * Support project control and monitoring (time, quality, communication, and risks); * Monitor activity execution, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality; * Define and promote practices that guarantee the integrity of project artifacts; * Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and management. **Desired/Mandatory Certifications:** * PSM I (Professional Scrum Master – Scrum.org) or * CSM (Certified Scrum Master – Scrum Alliance). **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of BRL 39.00 per day, via flexible card; * Health insurance with co-payment; * Optional dental plan; * Childcare allowance. **Additional Information:** The professional may work with up to two agile cells simultaneously.
