Monitoring and supervision of medical equipment and gases **Responsibilities:** **** Perform low-complexity maintenance in electrical, logical network, and telephone systems; Perform work at heights while complying with safety regulations for conservation and restoration of roofs and façades, as well as repairs and renovations of building installations; Supervise services performed by contracted specialized companies; Monitor equipment operation by measuring and inspecting pressure gauges, valves, pumps, filters, hydraulic connections, and electrical installations, requesting specialized maintenance when necessary; Monitor the medical gas system, replace oxygen cylinders, and request new cylinder orders; Systematically clean and sanitize ultrasound (USG), mammography, densitometry, MRI, and CT equipment; **Required Qualifications:** **** Completed high school education; NR 10 and NR 35 certifications; Vocational training courses in maintenance fields (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical); Minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1.794,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
