Manage procurement of raw materials, industrial materials, and industrial services **How you will contribute to this challenge:** Ensure negotiation and procurement of strategic materials, securing optimal cost-effectiveness and delivery timelines. Your role will be critical in optimizing processes, identifying qualified suppliers, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Directly contribute to the company's growth by delivering efficient and sustainable results. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Ensure continuous factory supply through procurement of raw materials, maintenance materials, fuels, and packaging; * Contract and manage industrial services (maintenance, transportation, cleaning, security, and environmental); * Prospect, qualify, and manage suppliers, as well as negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts; * Conduct analyses and negotiations focused on cost reduction; * Monitor procurement KPIs (lead time, SLA, inventory levels, and budget); * Control critical inventory and support reduction of emergency purchases; * Collaborate closely with internal factory departments; **Requirements to apply:** Bachelor’s degree completed in: Business Administration, Business Management, Production Engineering, or related fields. **You will stand out if you have:** * Experience in the industrial sector; * Knowledge of technical specifications; * Intermediate Excel skills and ERP experience (TOTVS preferred). **What benefits you will receive:** * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * ASA Product Kit; * On-site cafeteria; * Meal allowance card – Alelo; * Life insurance; * Commuter shuttle service; Annual PLR (Profit Sharing Plan). * **Additional information:** **Work location: On-site at CBMC Plant in Cabo de Santo Agostinho/PE** **Employment type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract). **Our story is powered by our people** ASA Group relies on over 1,900 dedicated employees.
