Focus on finalization for the frozen product line, ensuring quality. We are seeking a Production Assistant to join our team manufacturing savory snacks, puff pastries, and pastries. The professional will provide direct support to pastry chefs, handling ingredient preparation, machine loading, tray assembly, and filling organization. Key responsibilities include assisting in shaping savory snacks, sealing pastries, and especially finalizing products for the **frozen** line—ensuring proper product placement for freezing and subsequent packaging. We seek a proactive individual with manual dexterity and the ability to consistently follow weight and hygiene standards. Prior experience in industrial kitchens or food production is a plus, as is availability to meet daily production targets.
