Job Summary: Act as a Requirements Analyst to ensure proposed solutions meet business objectives, manage the product roadmap and backlog, and serve as the liaison between business and technical teams. Liaison between business areas and the technical team Play an active and critical role with stakeholders by questioning, refining, and validating needs to ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives. * Facilitate brainstorming sessions, requirements elicitation meetings, and refinement workshops with business areas. * When necessary, conduct business analysis and process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts) for AS\-IS and TO\-BE states. * Develop and maintain the Product Roadmap in collaboration with management and business areas. * Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog, ensuring it remains continuously refined, clear, and aligned with strategy. * Write User Stories with clear and measurable acceptance criteria. * Create screen prototypes to support the technical team during development. * Perform functional testing to validate that the implemented solution meets agreed-upon requirements. * Create and maintain relevant documentation, including User Stories, UAT scripts, User Manuals, and others. * Serve as the liaison between business areas and the technical team.
