**Responsibilities and Duties**
Act as the commercial lead in your region, conducting consultative sales of the company’s product portfolio.
Develop and execute strategic plans for accounts under your responsibility, in coordination with your direct manager.
Map your territory with support from market intelligence and marketing teams.
Record, update, and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring monthly sales forecasts.
Conduct technical and commercial visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions, building relationships with physicians, procurement departments, clinical engineering, billing, and other relevant areas.
Lead commercial negotiations aiming for business profitability and sustainability.
Deliver a positive customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining a high standard of service.
Operate ethically, responsibly, and in full compliance with the company’s commercial, compliance, and quality policies.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Medicine, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or related fields.
An MBA or specialization in Business Management or Sales is desirable.
Prior experience in Sales and/or Marketing within medical devices, equipment, pharmaceutical industry, or hospitals.
Experience in vascular or cardiac surgery segments is desirable.
Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), Power BI, and Dynamics 365\.
Proficiency in planning, demand control, and expense management.
Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office suite skills.
Willingness to travel (up to 75% of the time).
Results-oriented profile with strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and strategic vision.
