Job Summary: The professional will perform technical diagnostics, installation, and preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning systems, prepare reports, and suggest improvements. Plans resources and complies with safety regulations Job Location: Recife \- PE Employment Type: CLT Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Work Mode: On-site Responsibilities: * Perform technical diagnostics, installation, and preventive and corrective maintenance of Split, Cassette, Ducted, ACJ, and VRF air conditioning systems * Prepare technical reports and inspection documents * Evaluate installation sites and perform thermal load calculations * Plan resources, materials, and tools required for service execution * Conduct system tests, adjustments, vacuuming, and pressurization * Comply with safety regulations and supervise assistants * Suggest improvements to maintenance processes Requirements: * Completed technical course in Refrigeration, Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, or related fields \- preferred; if not available, candidate may join as a maintenance technician. * Training in Air Conditioning, Electrical Control Systems, and NR Regulations (NR10, NR35, etc. — advantageous) * Valid Driver's License Category B * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field * Availability for travel and on-call duty * Working at heights * Interpersonal skills, willingness to learn, organizational ability, and team spirit Benefits Offered by the Company: * Fixed salary \+ 20% hazard pay * Meal Allowance: R$ 715.00/month (Sodexo) * 100% company-paid Health Insurance with co-payment * 100% company-paid Dental Insurance without co-payment * Quarterly performance bonus (25% of base salary) * Annual Profit Sharing (paid in April) * Life Insurance with coverage equal to 12x monthly salary * Pharmacy discounts * Gympass * Company vehicle for service calls Compensation: R$1\.575,44 \- R$4\.085,94 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
