Job Summary: Responsible for managing and optimizing maintenance work orders, detailing scope, purchasing materials, optimizing resources, and supporting emergency responses, ensuring technical quality and safety. Acts as a maintenance service planner for operations Is responsible for maintenance work order management activities, optimizing resource usage for service execution while prioritizing technical quality and adhering to the company's defined safety and environmental policies. Responsible for scope detailing, material procurement, optimization of human resources, special tools, contracting of specialized services, preparation of service scheduling, inventory management, stock organization, and support in responding to site emergency requests. Performs the role of “Maintenance Service Planner” for operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** • Adhere to the company’s O&M and Energy Transition Management Policy; • Report to the Corporate Regional O&M Manager and collaborate with operations teams, O&M technicians, O&M Coordination, Reliability Engineering, and Asset Management teams, detailing service scopes according to priorities and due dates defined in the maintenance software for predictive, preventive, and corrective services identified; • Detail preventive and corrective activities for biogas upgrading plants, thermal power generation plants, and Balance of Plant (BOP) facilities in the Northeast Region; • Detail materials required for service execution, reserving them in stock or procuring them and tracking delivery timelines; • Request contracting of services necessary to fulfill planned work orders; • Request cost estimates and quotations for services and parts related to maintenance work orders; • Assist in preparing emergency work services and materials; • Assist in scheduling maintenance work orders; • Assist in organizing stock and inventories; • Prepare emergency services upon request from plant coordination and Regional O&M Management; • Anticipate the need for safety documentation required for service authorization, safeguarding personal safety, team safety, and contractor safety, always adopting a proactive approach; **Requirements and Qualifications** • Knowledge of Maintenance Planning and Scheduling (MPS); • Knowledge of mechanical rotating and static equipment maintenance: centrifugal pumps, gearboxes, fans, pressure vessels (NR-13), heat exchangers; industrial automation and instrumentation systems; • Knowledge of electrical equipment and industrial instrumentation maintenance (execution, testing, and commissioning): substations, MCCs, electrical panels, circuit breakers and disconnect switches, protective relays, current transformers (CTs) and potential transformers (PTs), electrical panels and drawer-type switchboards, cubicles, power transformers, power generators, electric motors, inverters, and soft starters, and general industrial instrumentation; • Technical knowledge of failure analysis and asset management and reliability policies; • Knowledge of predictive techniques: insulation resistance testing (meggering), lubrication, meggering, and thermography; • Field maintenance experience with the equipment listed above; • Development of KPIs related to maintenance scheduling and control, and maintenance management indicators; • Maintenance cost analysis; * Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Advanced MS Project; * Advanced Excel; * Knowledge of statistical calculations; * Intermediate to Advanced Office Suite proficiency; * Knowledge of Maintenance Routine Planning; * Availability to work in Jaboatão dos Guararapes/PE. * Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with Power BI; * Knowledge of Process Safety and Reliability; * Experience in maintenance planning. **Additional Information** Medical assistance Dental assistance Gym allowance Pharmacy allowance Christmas basket Life insurance Meal voucher Transportation voucher #### **Transformation is inherent to human nature.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
