Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor cargo flow (loading, transportation, and delivery), ensuring deadlines and quality. * Issue and verify transportation and logistics documents (CT-e, invoices, reports). * Track operational indicators and data (delivery time, costs, damages). * Manage relationships with transporters and third-party service providers. * Monitor tracking systems and update cargo status. * Propose improvements to logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in logistics operations and cargo transportation. * Proficiency in logistics management systems and Excel. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability. Desirable Requirements * Postgraduate degree or complementary courses in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. * Advanced Excel skills. * Complementary courses in Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or Logistics Metrics. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
