This professional works under supervision and plays a vital role in ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s technological resources. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals. * Assist in the configuration and installation of operating systems and applications, following established guidelines and procedures. * Conduct functionality tests on equipment and software, identifying and resolving potential failures. * Provide technical support to users, clarifying doubts and guiding them on the proper use of technological resources. * Perform data backups and information security procedures, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. * Maintain up-to-date records of equipment maintenance and configuration to facilitate control and management of IT resources. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to enhance technical knowledge and keep abreast of emerging market technologies. * Collaborate with the IT team on projects and implementation of new technological solutions, contributing to internal process improvement.
