Roval Pharmacy is a pharmacy chain offering a wide range of medications and health products. Committed to customers' well-being, the pharmacy also provides pharmaceutical counseling services. **Responsibilities:** Lead strategies to increase repurchase, customer loyalty, and relationship management. Responsible for designing campaigns and initiatives targeting the active customer base. Coordinate and monitor team performance. Develop reactivation scripts and ensure consistent commercial execution to generate recurring sales. Previous experience as Sales Coordinator, Sales Manager, Commercial Team Leader, or Sales Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
