Job Summary: We are seeking an Analytics professional to work on data analysis, understand business rules, generate insights for decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for supporting analyses, understanding business rules of digital products, working with databases, and generating insights to support decision-making. ### **Required Skills:** * **SQL** (intermediate to advanced): writing joins, CTEs, subqueries, aggregations, data handling, and reading relational data models. * **Data analysis:** ability to formulate hypotheses, interpret results, create metrics, and extract insights. * **Strong logical thinking:** building clear and organized workflows, rules, and validations. * **Proficiency in business rule concepts**, and the ability to abstract them into analytical logic. ### **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Interpret business rules and translate them into analytical logic for creating metrics, KPIs, and segmentations. * Execute SQL queries across various databases for data extraction, processing, and manipulation. * Conduct exploratory and structured analyses, transforming data into actionable insights. * Support experimental testing (e.g., A/B tests), evaluating impact and statistical significance. * Collaborate with internal teams (Product, CRM, Technology, Marketing, etc.) to understand requirements and support analytical requests. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. * Experience with Python for analytics is a plus, but not mandatory. ### **Benefits:** * **Medical insurance** fully covered by the company (for employee and dependents). * **Dental insurance**. * **Meal allowance** or **food allowance**, with no payroll deduction. * **Life insurance**. * **Private pension plan**. * **Gympass**. * Option to purchase **company stock** at a discount. * **Pharmacy discount**\*. * **Childcare allowance**\*. * Partnership with **language schools**\*. * **Extended maternity leave** and **paternity leave**. * **Profit-sharing program (PPR)**\* * As per current policy. **Location:** **Brazil** **A team driving change** We embrace the power of change to create shared value and success for our clients, employees, shareholders, partners, and communities.
