If you seek growth, challenges, and a results-oriented environment, **Grupo EA is the place for you!** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Analyzing procedural publications and managing deadlines, directly handling medium- and high-complexity cases; * Executing and prioritizing the internal procedural deadline schedule, ensuring proper case progression and credit recovery; * Preparing medium-complexity procedural legal opinions, providing technical support to clients and internal collection and negotiation teams; * Monitoring and advancing judicial proceedings, including hearings, trials, appeals, court orders, and actions linked to Renajud; * Updating, reviewing, and maintaining internal procedural management systems to ensure data integrity and case history preservation; * Preparing and updating procedural and managerial reports for submission to clients; * Requesting, monitoring, and controlling procedural fees and judgment payments with clients; * And other related duties. **What you need to have:** * Bachelor's degree in Law with active OAB registration; * Prior experience in this role within the credit recovery field. **What we offer you:** * Associate Contract Model \- Hybrid Work Format * Workplace Gymnastics * Psychological On-Call Support * Birthday Day Off * Partnerships with Educational Institutions, Leisure Providers, and Pharmacies **Register now and JoinEA!**
