





**Responsibilities:** Manage contracts and provide support in service implementation and operationalization activities. Monitor and follow up on the schedule of client visits and services. Support the delivery of training for new employees. Process personnel movements in the system. Participate in the analysis of operational activity costs. Submit requests for uniforms, equipment, and materials. Handle cash receipts, invoice processing, and petty cash closing. Support monitoring of client notifications and response times. Support the offboarding approval process for employees. Maintain inventory control of temporary staff records. Prepare, manage, organize, and archive spreadsheets, reports, and various documents. Perform other duties as specified in work instructions (WI). **Requirements:** Completed bachelor’s degree; Administrative experience preferred; Proficiency in computer applications; Academic qualification * Bachelor’s degree
