So come get *aluminized* with us! **\#VemserCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure execution and quality of service contracts (cleaning, landscaping, security gate, weighing scale, cafeteria, physical security, cash-in-transit, and administrative support), guaranteeing scope compliance and facility maintenance. * Manage service providers by monitoring performance, service levels, and non-conformance resolution, interfacing with Procurement, Human Resources (DHO), and Legal departments. * Control and track supplier contractual documentation via the **BancoDoc** system, ensuring contract compliance and regularity. * Monitor conditions of common areas (gardens, internal roads, gates, walkways, and service blocks), defining priorities and triggering maintenance as needed. * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper operation of environments, meeting internal department demands. * Lead and develop the general services team, promoting alignment, productivity, and delivery quality. * Support contract management and negotiation, contributing to scope analysis, operational efficiency, and service quality assessment. * Request and monitor procurement of materials required for department operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Logistics, Service Management, or related fields.** * Proven experience in industrial environments, particularly in facilities management, general services, or third-party contract management. * Experience managing operational teams and liaising with diverse departments and suppliers. * Integrated operational management vision, including physical security, activity planning, demand organization, and budgetary control. * Resilient profile with strong communication skills, professional maturity, and ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments. * Experience in environments requiring operational discipline and adherence to regulations will be considered a differentiator. **Additional Information** At CBA, our focus on people is real — therefore, we care about supporting our employees at every stage!
