Responsibilities and Duties Structure and monitor purchasing indicators (SLA, lead time, savings, active suppliers, etc.) * Extract data from the system and consolidate strategic reports * Assist in organizing demand flow and prioritization * Support the development of procurement schedules for construction projects, unit openings, and year-end activities * Map and prospect strategic suppliers for expansion * Monitor supplier performance and compliance * Support contract analysis and management (expiration dates, adjustments, renewals, scope) * Suggest process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities * Provide technical support to the rest of the team when necessary Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; 2–4 years of experience in procurement; intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel or similar tools; experience with TOTVS ERP (preferred); operational contract reading skills; understanding of KPIs. Desirable Qualifications Organization, clear communication, respect for processes, autonomy, prioritization, and critical thinking.
