This broad coverage enables us to provide high-quality logistics services throughout the entire national territory, connecting people, businesses, and markets. ### **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We seek a professional to work as a **Junior Logistics Assistant** at our unit located in **Caaporã/PB**. ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Issue documents (invoices, CT-e, MDF-e, freight contracts); * Complete vehicle loading reports; * Verify cargo delivery documents (delivery receipt stubs) and scan them to close them in the system; * Release balances for contracted freight charges after verifying deliveries; * Request cancellation of CT-e or invoices from the Control Tower (TCO) department and monitor resolution; * Log system incidents and service disruptions, and manage response-time follow-up; * Submit support tickets for internal or external systems; * Register (drivers, vehicles, and owners) in the GW system. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Education: Completed high school diploma * College degree is a plus * Proficiency with technology * Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of freight carriers * Certifications in relevant areas * Valid driver’s license (CNH) ### **JOB DETAILS:** Salary: Competitive with market standards.
