Job Summary: Coordinate, plan, and control predictive, preventive, and corrective industrial maintenance activities to ensure maximum asset availability and reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance plans for equipment. 2. Manage mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation maintenance teams. 3. Monitor performance indicators and conduct failure analysis. Coordinate, plan, and control predictive, preventive, and corrective industrial maintenance activities for stationary machinery, equipment, and facilities at the operational unit, ensuring maximum availability and reliability of assets across the Mechanical Sorting Unit (UTM), Co-processing Units, and Blending Plants, thereby guaranteeing high operational availability, safety, environmental compliance, and optimization of operating costs to prevent unplanned shutdowns in continuous-flow operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate, plan, and execute the preventive and predictive maintenance plan for UTM equipment, including conveyors, optical sorters, rotary screens (trommels), shredders, presses, blowers, motors, gearboxes, electrical panels, PLCs, and others; Coordinate professional teams performing mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automation, and generator set maintenance; Ensure rapid response to corrective maintenance, minimizing unplanned downtime; Monitor and develop maintenance performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, and Availability), conducting failure analysis (RCFA) for continuous improvement of co-processing operations; Develop and manage the maintenance department budget, including spare parts, contracts, and third-party services; Administer third-party maintenance contracts and equipment/service suppliers, sizing critical spares and managing technical inventory to ensure uninterrupted blending operations; Support development of the annual maintenance budget and propose Capex improvements for plant modernization; Ensure strict compliance with occupational safety regulations (NR\-12, NR\-11, and NR \-35\) during all mechanical interventions; Provide technical support to operations for continuous improvement of processes and equipment; Participate in expansion, retrofit, commissioning, and plant improvement projects; Prepare technical and management reports to support decision-making by supervisors; Standardize procedures, work instructions, and maintenance plans. Comply with policies, procedures, and standards established by the specific management system, using preventive equipment, observing regulatory norms and procedures, reporting deviations, and proposing corrections for unsafe acts, thereby contributing to implementation and maintenance of normative, legal, and regulatory requirements governing the \*SGI; Participate in internal events, campaigns, and training related to \*SGI; Perform other related tasks as directed and requested by immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Education** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering (with active CREA registration) or Electrical, Mechatronics, Production, Automation, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in Industrial Maintenance, Asset Management, or Maintenance Engineering are desirable. **Technical Competencies** Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams; proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS/ERP/ENGEMAN); asset management (TPM, RCM); contract and supplier management; safety regulations (NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-13, NR\-33, NR\-35\).
