




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and collaborative HR Analyst to work on strategic and operational projects, with a focus on people, culture, and organizational development. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection. 2. Support onboarding and integration initiatives for new employees. 3. Promote organizational culture and develop training and development (T&D) initiatives. We are a distributor of parts and machinery for engine reconditioning. Currently, we operate 18 stores across seven states in Northeastern Brazil, with approximately 120 direct employees. Are you passionate about people, culture, and organizational development? We are looking for an HR Analyst who is proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented to support strategic and operational HR projects. This position requires an experienced professional possessing all relevant competencies for the HR field. **Responsibilities** * Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process, including screening, interviews, assessment tests, and admission procedures. * Support and lead onboarding, integration, and orientation activities for new employees. * Identify training needs, and design and implement training, education, and development (T&E&D) initiatives. * Promote organizational culture, reinforcing company values and mission. * Update and monitor HR metrics and dashboards (e.g., turnover, T&E&D, employee engagement, etc.). * Develop HR controls and performance indicators. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity and ownership mindset. * Minimum of 2 years’ prior experience in Human Resources. * Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management.
