**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Providing technical support for professional-grade equipment lines, including machines, ovens, dishwashers, and Klimaquip;
* Ensuring optimal performance of low- and medium-complexity equipment under maintenance by applying best practices in execution, using appropriate tools and equipment;
* Providing nationwide service coverage, being available on required days and hours to fulfill job responsibilities, as well as maintaining up-to-date documentation for travel and vehicle operation;
* Staying current on products and services by consulting manuals and catalogs and participating in training programs, to meet job expectations;
* Preparing service reports when necessary, for coordination follow-up on actions performed;
* Keeping expense documentation current via Vexpenses reports;
* Timely returning parts to the factory, ensuring prompt dispatch upon return;
* Using the parts warehouse exclusively for field-service transfers; the warehouse must not become a parts inventory;
* Meeting service targets related to sales of services, chemical products, and prospecting new customers;
* Reporting field insights—verbally and/or in writing—documenting incidents and providing physical evidence that may trigger improvement and/or prevention actions, contributing to enhanced product and service quality;
* Documenting all field activities thoroughly by completing Service Orders clearly, accurately, and concisely, to serve as records, information sources, and proof of work;
* Maintaining regular contact with headquarters, reporting location and any deviations from scheduled work plans, to ensure greater agility and effectiveness in planning;
* Acting as technical support when not scheduled for external service or assisting in departmental workshop activities;
* Creating a positive impression with customers through appropriate personal presentation, professional language, and ethical conduct;
* Safeguarding company-owned assets in one’s custody (e.g., vehicle, tools, uniforms, devices, instruments, parts, etc.) to ensure they remain fit for use and achieve maximum service life;
* Knowing, complying with, and promoting company values and the Code of Ethics;
* Maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness to foster a conducive working environment.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed Technical Course in Refrigeration;
* Experience in electricity, electronics, and mechanics;
* Proven experience in professional or industrial refrigeration at an advanced level;
* Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment is a plus;
* Brazilian National Driver’s License – Category B;
* Willingness and availability for travel;
* Valid NR 10, NR 12, and NR 35 certifications.
