Facility Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary: A professional responsible for identifying, inspecting, cleaning, constructing, and repairing civil structures, as well as performing preventive and corrective maintenance on factory installations. Carrying out minor civil works and painting/plumbing services **Description:** Identify, inspect, clean, construct, and repair civil structures (including minor masonry, structural, ceramic, plumbing repairs, door closer replacements, and painting). Additionally, perform preventive and corrective maintenance across all factory installations, and support the mechanical maintenance team in minor interventions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance, and inspections across the entire factory based on work orders for facility, plumbing, and painting maintenance. * Record completed services in the maintenance management system (FRACTTAL) for service tracking; * Report any abnormalities in company facilities to the immediate supervisor, providing information that enables prompt action; * Comply with safety regulations, proper storage, cleaning, and use of appropriate PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), while maintaining workplace organization, cleanliness, order, and structural integrity; * Ensure instrument/equipment quality by keeping them in optimal working condition; * Carry out minor civil works, such as erecting small walls, replacing ceramics, repairing plaster, and other civil services; * Perform painting, plumbing, wastewater, and effluent services; * Clean roofs (gutters) and solar panels, plus minor repairs; * Perform other related tasks within the scope of responsibility; * Assess required materials for task execution and assist the PCM in scheduling; * Act responsibly regarding company resources, optimizing energy, water, and material usage, and contributing to environmental impact reduction. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role; * Clear communication skills and problem-solving ability; **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary; * Educational incentive; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance. * Wellhub gym membership.
