About the position: * We are seeking interns to join our team. Assist customers in person, via phone, and via e\-mail; assist with controlling and preparing administrative department tracking spreadsheets. Main responsibilities: * Assist with customer service; * Assist with administrative department routines. Mandatory requirements: * Currently enrolled in Technical or Undergraduate studies in Administration, Management Processes, or Logistics; * Communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. Desirable (preferred) qualifications: * Customer service training.
