Support occupational prevention programs and audits. #### **About the Role:** We are looking for a proactive and engaged Workplace Safety Technician to join our team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring employee safety and health across our facilities, focusing on accident prevention, fostering a safe working environment, and complying with Regulatory Standards (NRs). If you are passionate about safety and seek a dynamic environment to apply your expertise, this role is for you! #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Inspect workplaces to identify hazards and propose preventive actions. * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and safety procedures. * Conduct onboarding for new employees and deliver safety training. * Deliver training on proper use of PPE, accident prevention, and fire suppression. * Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and action plans. * Support CIPA, SIPAT, and other Occupational Health and Safety programs. * Manage PPE distribution, replacement, and usage tracking. * Inspect machinery, equipment, facilities, and production areas. * Monitor third-party contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards. * Support occupational prevention programs and internal/external audits. * Develop safety indicators and reports. * Proactively collaborate with factory, distribution center, and store teams to foster a safety culture. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety. * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). * Relevant work experience, preferably in food manufacturing, distribution centers, retail, or supermarkets. * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), especially NR-01, NR-05, NR-06, NR-07, NR-09, NR-10, NR-11, NR-12, NR-17, NR-23, NR-33, and NR-35. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Willingness to work at factories, stores, and other company locations. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Experience in the food industry, supermarkets, or retail. * Familiarity with eSocial SST. * Experience with Occupational Safety Management Systems. * Experience conducting audits and behavioral safety programs. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** 44 hours per week
