We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** * Support in developing gas plant and LPG network projects in compliance with technical standards * Remote and on-site technical support to customers, including fault diagnosis and resolution * Scheduling and monitoring of technical visits and preventive maintenance activities * Opening, analyzing, canceling, and closing service orders (SOs) * Preparation of technical reports, certificates, and ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations) submitted to CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy) * Analysis of incidents recorded in CRM, creation of charts, and proposal of corrective actions * Technical support to internal departments (Installation, Engineering, After-sales, Commercial, Key Accounts, Bidding, and Customer Service) * Organization and updating of the customer database and maintenance status records * Inventory control of tanks and monitoring of new installations * Development, review, and standardization of installation department procedures **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for report generation; Power BI is desirable.
