**Responsibilities and Duties:** * Ensure in-store customer service whenever necessary; * Ensure integration and training of new employees; * Conduct probationary period evaluations for new employees; * Monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback; * Train and develop employees for future growth opportunities within the company; * Ensure proper uniform usage and professional appearance of the team; * Manage negative and positive hour banks; * Prepare employee vacation schedules; * Prepare monthly leave and shift schedules; * Ensure standardized arrangement of store departments; * Ensure organization and cleanliness of common areas; * Ensure overall store cleanliness—including products, equipment, checkout counters, and floors; * Ensure proper use and appropriate maintenance of IT equipment and furniture; * Prepare budgets for periodic and corrective store maintenance (e.g., air conditioning, lighting, etc.); * Perform daily PDV price loading and ensure timely price tag replacement; * Place replenishment orders directly from distribution centers; * Ensure standardized organization of receiving, storage, and/or aerial areas; * Periodically verify and control store inventory; * Verify goods both upon entry into and exit from the store; * Respond to monitoring center alerts related to alarms; * Collaborate with loss prevention teams to identify ways to mitigate losses; * Ensure proper handling of damaged goods per established standards, as well as their sales performance; * Daily close and verify each cashier’s register; * Close and verify total daily financial movement; * Ensure all fiscal transactions occur within required deadlines; * Monitor and report any regulatory inspections conducted at the branch to the relevant department. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree is a plus; * Prior experience in this role; * Leadership, planning, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance (voluntary enrollment); * Variable compensation; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Store product discounts; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * “Crescer” Program (internal development); * Corporate Incentive Program.
