




Job Summary: Professional to handle communications with insurance companies, manage invoices, coordinate logistics of goods, manage warranty processes, and provide administrative support, requiring proactivity and organizational skills. Responsibilities include: handling communications with insurance companies; managing invoices; arranging cargo pickup with transportation companies; managing returns and warranties; entering invoice data into insurance companies' systems; tracking and managing receipt of parts at repair shops; daily monitoring and control of services provided to insurance companies via their online portals; updating payment statuses in insurance companies' systems; managing warranty claims and reversals with insurance companies; assisting HR and Finance departments with company administrative tasks; and performing other related duties as required by the department. Requirements: Completed high school education; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; proven experience in the field; ability to work effectively in a team; adaptability; excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, organized, dynamic, and punctual.
