Job Description: The Electromechanical Technician II is responsible for the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, and optimization of industrial machines and equipment, with a focus on electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of PET preform injection molding machines and RefPET bottle blow molding machines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform complete electrical installation of industrial machines and equipment (injection molding and blow molding machines), including electrical panels, wiring, connections, and power distribution systems, in compliance with engineering drawings and technical standards. 2. Interpret electrical drawings, single-line and multi-line diagrams, installation layouts, and technical manuals. 3. Diagnose and repair faults in electronic circuits, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), control systems, injection and blow molding systems, and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs). 4. Assemble and configure electrical panels, control cabinets, and power distribution systems. 5. Program, adjust, and update control and automation software for PET preform injection molding machines and RefPET bottle blow molding machines to optimize production processes. 6. Carry out cable routing, connections, electrical testing, and parameterization of electrical and electronic devices on machines and equipment. 7. Ensure proper connection and operation of motors, sensors, actuators, and other electrical components. 8. Efficiently and safely diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in machines and equipment. 9. Prepare detailed technical reports on installations and maintenance activities, including records of faults, corrective actions, and preventive measures. 10. Propose and implement improvements to the electronic and mechanical systems of machines to optimize performance, increase efficiency, and reduce downtime. Specific Responsibilities: Maintenance of robots integrated into blow molding processes (if applicable). Calibration and configuration of industrial instruments (sensors, transmitters, etc.). Participation in automation and continuous improvement projects. Essential Requirements: Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical drawings, single-line and multi-line diagrams, electrical schematics, technical manuals, and hydraulic/pneumatic control diagrams. Proven ability to assemble, configure, and maintain electrical panels and control cabinets. Demonstrated capability to diagnose and solve complex electromechanical system problems. Proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work with high-performance machinery. Availability to work shifts and overtime as required. Desirable Requirements: Experience in maintenance of industrial robots. Experience with industrial instrumentation (sensors, transmitters, etc.). Knowledge of PLC programming (specify brand/model if relevant). NR-10 Certification (Safety in Electrical Installations and Services) and NR-35 Certification (Work at Heights). Strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and capacity to work in teams. Availability to work rotating shifts. Professional Experience: Completed Technical Education in Electromechanics, Electronics, Industrial Automation, or related field. Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance of industrial machines and equipment, preferably PET preform injection molding machines and PET bottle blow molding machines. Desirable Requirements: Specific skills and knowledge (e.g., NR-10, NR-35, PLC programming) are essential.
