In this Account Manager role (São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro), you will be responsible for managing a client operating in the Cash & Carry channel with nationwide coverage, focusing on medium- and long-term strategic planning to drive sustainable growth, customer retention, and implementation of corporate guidelines. You will operate autonomously in decision-making and risk management, aiming to generate positive business impact and strengthen client relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the client with focus on performance, profitability, and sustainable growth. * Conduct detailed price formation (PTR) analyses by item and by state (UF), ensuring competitiveness and alignment with commercial strategies. * Navigate fluently within the client’s Data Analytics tools to generate actionable insights for decision-making. * Understand and act upon logistics operations involving multiple distribution centers (DCs), optimizing processes and workflows. * Monitor market and category trends, proposing strategic actions aligned with consumer behavior and industry evolution. * Control and manage commercial investments, ensuring ROI and efficiency. * Track business KPIs, with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, CRM, and other platforms applied to commercial management. * Collaborate closely with the regional sales team to ensure proximity and alignment with the Pharma channel. **About Us** You’re already familiar with our brands: Huggies®, Intimus®, Poise®, Plenitud®.
