Job Summary: A professional responsible for foreign exchange operations, international transfers, gold purchasing, customer service, and logistical support at a company with 15 years of market presence. Support and tracking of remittances, as well as customer acquisition **OuroCâmbio** is Ourominas’ foreign exchange correspondent in Fortaleza and Recife, operating for over 15 years in the gold and foreign exchange markets. Its exponential growth has led to the addition of new services and expansion into new branches across Brazil’s Northeast region. Three of our primary areas of operation are: * International money transfers via the MoneyGram system, which boasts a network of 350,000 agents across 200 countries and regions; * Gold purchasing; * Domestic and international document and cargo shipping through DHL and FEDEX platforms. **Responsibilities** * Execute online sending and receiving of remittances (online and in-person service). * Provide foreign exchange support (buying and selling foreign currencies). * Conduct in-person gold purchasing services. * Ship and support customers, and track all dispatched remittances. * Ensure physical integrity of all remittances. * Complete and maintain spreadsheets. * Customer acquisition and retention. * Provide telephone and WhatsApp customer service for departments relevant to this role. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (in-person), 9 AM to 5 PM; and every other Saturday (remote work). Minimum Commercial Wage. Benefits: Meal Voucher + Commission (after probationary period).
