We are recruiting sales representatives with an ambitious profile. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential students who have already expressed interest in enrolling in one of our courses. This outreach will be conducted via phone calls, WhatsApp, or social media. Your role will be to transform lives through professional qualification. Experience in proactive customer prospecting is a plus. Attitude in overcoming objections and closing deals will be essential. However, rest assured: you will receive all the training and support you need. Additionally, you must be sociable, communicative, dynamic, and possess positive energy and vibrancy to connect effectively with potential students and your team. Grau Técnico is recognized as the largest technical course provider in the country. We operate over 150 units nationwide and offer 30 different courses. Compensation and Benefits Fixed salary \+ commission \+ performance bonuses \+ additional bonuses \+ transportation allowance \+ meal allowance. Fixed monthly salary (formal employment): R$1821.63 Initial total compensation: R$3200 to R$4800 (fixed \+ variable). Meal allowance: R$255.42 Daily and weekly performance bonuses.
