Internal Salesperson Opportunity at Grau Técnico \- Casa Amarela We are recruiting salespeople with an ambitious profile. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for contacting potential students who have already expressed interest in enrolling in one of our courses. This outreach will be conducted via phone calls, WhatsApp, or social media. Your role will be to change lives through professional qualification. Experience in active prospecting will be a differentiator. Attitude in overcoming objections and closing deals will be essential. But rest assured—you will receive all the training and support you need. Additionally, you must be a sociable, communicative, dynamic individual with positive energy and vibrancy to connect effectively with potential students and team members. Grau Técnico is recognized as the largest technical education company in the country. We operate over 150 units and offer 30 courses nationwide. Compensation and Benefits Fixed salary plus commission \+ bonuses \+ incentives \+ transportation allowance (VT) Fixed salary (formal employment): R$1\.621,00 Initial compensation: R$2\.800 to R$4\.500 (fixed \+ variable). Tuition scholarship. Formal employment contract (CLT), Monday to Saturday. Two openings: Monday to Friday, 10 AM–7 PM or 11 AM–8 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM–12 PM (alternating weeks).
