Job Summary: A professional to plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with standards and pursuing continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in maintenance management and KPIs Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate maintenance activities based on needs analysis; * Supervise the execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities; * Ensure compliance with quality standards; * Monitor maintenance team performance through periodic evaluations; * Propose improvements to maintenance processes through studies and analyses; * Provide technical support to teams through guidance and training; * Participate in strategic planning meetings; * Interface with clients; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes; * Attend safety and maintenance technique trainings. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; \- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams; \- Proficiency in predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of industrial HVAC machinery (all refrigeration equipment); * Technical knowledge to ensure achievement of performance indicators (KPIs) and applicable safety standards; \- Willingness to travel and reside in the metropolitan region of Recife \- PE; * Postgraduate degree in Maintenance Management is desirable.
