If you are passionate about what you do and seek a dynamic and challenging environment, this is your opportunity. **About the role:** * We are looking for an experienced Recruitment & Selection Analyst with high-volume recruitment expertise to conduct and oversee the full analysis within the Organizational Development and Human Resources area, recruiting and selecting new employees while promoting the company’s organizational culture and building teams in a consistent and sustainable manner. **Key responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor the entire selection, hiring, and onboarding process for new employees; * Monitor brand-level Organizational Climate Surveys to identify areas requiring improvement; * Manage the hiring process for employees, interns, and professionals—including resume receipt and screening, document collection, system-based hiring registration, and end-to-end tracking until the employee’s first day at the store; * Support the personal and professional development of store employees in collaboration with managers through active listening and preventive initiatives; * Coordinate activities related to holidays and team-building events across company stores; * Monitor Young Apprentices and Interns across the group; * Maintain optimal staffing levels across company departments by analyzing hiring needs—ensuring personnel requirements and service availability are met, in accordance with established procedures and deadlines; * Conduct interviews for both recruitment and termination processes; * Perform other duties compatible with the responsibilities and competencies of the assigned department, as directed by management. **Mandatory requirements** * Completed high school education; * Experience in high-volume recruitment and selection; **Preferred qualifications** Experience with recrut.ai; Experience with RM (Recruitment Management) systems; Bachelor’s degree in: HR, Psychology, or Business Administration.
