




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Payroll Analyst to handle payroll processing, time & attendance management, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities: * Payroll processing and verification * Calculation of labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) * Submission of ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, SEFIP) * Management of hiring, termination, vacation, and leave records * Electronic timekeeping system administration * Employee support for labor-related inquiries Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields * Proven experience in HR Payroll * Up-to-date knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) * Hands-on experience with payroll systems * Intermediate Excel skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience handling high-volume payroll * Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements * Postgraduate degree in the field Competencies: * Organization and attention to detail * Sense of urgency and accountability * Strong communication skills * Discretion and professional ethics Payment: R$1\.600,00 \- R$2\.159,31 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
