





Requirements: * Completed or ongoing higher education in social work, psychology, sociology, political science, pedagogy, or administration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience in customer service and administrative routines. Main Responsibilities: * Customer service; * Monitoring and tracking referrals and placements; * Identify opportunities for institutional and/or financial support; * Plan, conduct, evaluate, and revise activities within the targeted communities; * Support institutional partners and other professionals involved in the project whenever necessary; * Problem solving and conflict mediation; * Conduct home visits in surrounding communities.
