





Activities Performed: * Assist in company registration, modification, and closure processes. * Issue and manage operating licenses. * Manage public and private powers of attorney. * Draft articles of incorporation, powers of attorney, and other legal documents. * Vehicle legalization with regulatory authorities. * Manage lease and service contracts. * Real estate management (registration, drafting purchase and sale agreements). * Monitor legal proceedings. * Fire department legalization. * Trademark and patent management. * Import process management, document and physical file control, import payment entries, and foreign exchange closing. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, productivity, and resilience. * Good communication skills. * Willingness for professional growth. * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, or related field.
